By commissioning me you automatically declare that you are agreeing to all rules below. If you break them I will not take more commissions from you.

When orderingPlease be clear in your descriptions and provide references (a reference sheet is the best, but other works, ms paint sketches, photos, Pinterest boards are helpful too ), so I can understand what you want as best as possible. If you do not have any references and want me to work from a description alone, I will be taking a fee of an additional $5.

Payment is in USD on Paypal or the calculated price in PLN through bank transfer. Remember I take half of the price upfront The commission time may vary depending on my situation and the commission type. However, if the time exceeds one month and we did not agree otherwise I will refund you the other half of the price.If you want to cancel before I start working on the commission I will refund you the whole amount. If you cancel after I start, the payment you did upfront is not refundable.

My commissions are for personal use only. I do not allow for them to be redistributed, re-sold, or made into merchandise. For commercial artwork approach me individually and inform me of your intent.I require half of the payment upfrontMy art is not a constant, my style grows and fluctuates so I may not guarantee that all my work will look the same as some of these examples, and if you want a specific look please tell me.I will send WIPs of various stages of work.If I make a mistake that was on my part (for example; drew an extra finger, coloured things the wrong colours) I will fix it when asked free of charge.I may delete old files after some time to free disc space so it is your responsibility to save the images.You are purchasing only my labour and I retain the copyright to my work.
I may use it in future self-promotion or distribution.You are not allowed to claim you made the work, redistribute it or edit it.You can use the commission for personal use like; profile pictures, backgrounds, personal site display, layouts, etc. and upload it on your sites with credit.
